📦 WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When shipping to Germany, we offer Express Delivery with free shipping on all orders — fast and simple.

• Shipping Fee: FREE

Please note: Delivery time may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or promotional periods.

🌍 WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We currently ship to all regions within Germany.

• Germany: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Note: We do not ship to Packstation or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

🔎 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Delivery time starts once your order is confirmed. Please allow 1 business day for processing and dispatch.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes:

• Your tracking number

• A direct link to track your delivery online

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel is dispatched.

You can also track your order status anytime in the My Orders section of your account.

💰 TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices include German VAT and any applicable import duties.

We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means:

• No additional charges at delivery

• All relevant taxes and duties are already included in the product price
